Cindy is president and owner of Bloom Floralscapes in Denver.  Cindy moved to Colorado in 2002, after growing up in the industry and spending several years in progressive roles at her family’s Dallas-based landscape business. During her tenure there, she maintained a commercial portfolio of more than 150 properties in excess of $2 million in contract value. She developed the in-house color program with on-site greenhouse operations to provide customers with the best plant material while cutting costs for customers’ budgets. 

Cindy serves on the board of directors for ALCC (Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado).

With nearly 20 years of experience in the Green Industry and commercial landscape maintenance, Emilie delivers results focusing on safety, exceeding client expectations and a solutions oriented approach. 

Emilie is a Certified Turfgrass Professional and holds a Qualified Supervisor License with the Colorado Department of Agriculture. She also serves as a board member of CALCP (Colorado Arborist & Lawn care Professionals).

Emilie enjoys playing golf and playing with her three dogs, Daphne, Stella and Taylor.

Karen has over 20 years of experience in the landscape industry. She is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Landscape Horticulture and a concentration in landscape design and construction.  Karen’s comprehensive experience in commercial installation, estimating, design, maintenance and project management has given her an expansive, well-rounded knowledge of the industry. Her talent in budget, time, and people management naturally lend her to develop strong client relationships. She enjoys mentoring fellow employees and has a strong work ethic.

When not spending time with her husband and 2 children, Karen enjoys hiking with her friends and her pig (yes, her pig’s name is Oliver).

Mallory Payson
Landscape Designer & Estimator, Landscape Industry Certified Manager

Mallory is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Landscape Horticulture, with concentrations in landscape design & contracting, and landscape business.  She is certified through the National Association of Landscape Professionals as a Landscape Industry Certified Manager.  She has experience with landscape design and plant material throughout the Southwestern United States.  Her attention to detail and passion for plants allow her to identify and find beautiful, yet practical, solutions for our clients.  Mallory’s ability to manage tight deadlines and budgets allows our team to start your project promptly and stay on budget.

Mallory recently relocated with her family to Phoenix; however, because of her passion for the industry and commitment to our clients, she continues to work with our team remotely.

Natalie Martin

Natalie is an avid baker: cakes, cupcakes and other pastries are her specialty.  We especially enjoy when she brings a sweet treat to share at the office.
